Lordship Lane Primary School in London partnered with Signs Now to refresh its appearance for its 120th anniversary year. The brief was to create practical, durable signage that improved visibility, strengthened first impressions and gave the school a smarter, more prominent presence from the moment visitors arrived.

Improving visibility and first impressions
The school wanted to refresh its appearance for its 120th anniversary year with signage that felt practical, durable and more visually effective. Its older post-and-panel sign had become difficult to see because of a hedge, reducing impact and making the arrival experience less clear for visitors.
A bespoke signage plan, from survey to installation
Following a free site survey, Signs Now created a comprehensive signage plan tailored to the school’s needs. Preliminary concepts and multiple samples were produced for approval, before the final signage was manufactured in-house. The finished scheme included flat-cut letters and a logo mounted to the wall, along with a new post-and-panel sign positioned in front of the building for stronger visibility.

Our external range of wall signs are fabricated from an aluminium-faced material which are supplied as Flat Signs or folded to form a Box Tray sign.
You can choose whatever graphics you want to appear on the sign and the sign can be made in a wide variety of sizes.

The signs are generally made from our flat sign and box trays however can be also mixed with our individual wall lettering to create an impressive entrance.
